Return Costs
Decided to return an order because you changed your mind? Then the return costs are for your own account. The exact costs depend on the carrier you choose. However, if the return is necessary due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged product upon arrival or an incorrect delivery), we will, of course, cover the shipping costs in full.
How quickly will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and approved your return, the refund will be initiated. Usually, the amount will be back in your account within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on your bank, this may take up to 7 business days in some cases.
Refund Method
We always refund the amount using the same payment method you used at checkout (i.e., via iDEAL or Bancontact). Cash refunds or refunds to a different account are not possible.
Confirmation & Help
You will receive an email confirmation immediately once the refund has been processed. If you have not received the amount after 7 business days, please contact your bank first. If you still don't see anything after that, please send a message to our customer service at info@trygoatly.nl. We will immediately assist you in resolving the issue.
Return Address
After your return request is approved, we will email you the return address in the Netherlands, along with further instructions for a smooth process.
